A new directive issued June 30 says passengers from the six countries – Qatar, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Bahrain and Kuwait – are permitted to arrive subject to mandatory hotel quarantine or travel through Sri Lanka Tourism’s “bio bubble route”.
